I work from a strength-based perspective and help my clients identify their strengths and then use those strengths to work towards living the kind of life they want to live. I emphasize the use of brief and evidence-based approaches in my work (e.g., Cognitive Behavior Therapy). I view my relationship with clients as a collaborative relationship, where we are working together towards a common goal.

I use an individualized, strength-based approach in my work with clients. I emphasize the use of evidence-based practices because everyone deserves strategies that have been proven to be effective.
Working together, we will tailor and adapt strategies so that they are a good fit for you and your life.
I emphasize practical strategies that you can implement now to change your life.
I draw from several therapeutic techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and other strength-based approaches.
